Sue D’Spain

Sue began her career in the escrow field in 1967 as a typist at Parker Escrow Company in San Diego. By 1975 she became so immersed in the industry that she purchased Mission Valley Escrow with partner Audree Rapp. Sue was involved in all aspects of the business as an escrow officer, manager and owner until it closed in 2008. Sue went on to work for a local escrow company before joining Centennial Escrow in November of 2009. Sues uninterrupted involvement in the industry has given her the experience and expertise to handle all types of escrow transactions and she also specializes in the more complicated bulk sale escrows which commonly include the transfer of liquor licenses.
