Raechelle Boniver

Raechelle began her career in the escrow industry as an assistant at Chicago Title Escrow Division in 1998 as an escrow assistant.  She remained with Chicago Title until 2002, until she was recruited by Old Republic Title Escrow by one of the top producing and award winning offices in Southern California.  Starting out in 2002 as an escrow assistant, she worked her way up, gaining clientele as an escrow officer, and becoming the Branch Manager.  From 2006 until 2010 she worked at both Southland Title and Advantage Title Escrow Divisions.  Wanting to move closer to home, she went to Century 21 Awards Escrow Division running the Escondido office.  As an escrow office licensed by the Department of Real Estate, she was only able to handle transactions where one of the agents is licensed under Century 21 Award, and many of her previous clients were not able to use her for their transactions.  A move to Centennial Escrow’s Escondido office in September of 2011 was the perfect fit for her growth in the real estate community.  Her outstanding people skills and technical knowledge make her the ideal choice for your next escrow transaction!
