Carrie Dozier

Carrie began her career in the real estate industry as a loan processor for Palomar Savings and Loan in 1988. She worked in the loan department for 5 years, and then transitioned into the escrow profession for an additional 12 years. Carrie began her escrow career with Escondido Escrow (now Chicago Title) as an assistant and shot straight to Escrow Officer status within 3 months. Carrie stayed on with Chicago Title for 6 years and then went on to open Hidden Valley Escrow in April of 2004. As President, owner and escrow officer at Hidden Valley she managed a staff of seven. It was due to the sudden downturn in the market that Hidden Valley was forced to close three years later. It was that experience that lead her to Heritage Escrow, where she worked for another three years, finally finding her home with Centennial Escrow in November of 2009.
